Because the status can be both practical and simplify <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statusholder.com\/en\/prevent-monitoring-of-employees-working-from-home-its-easy\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7375\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">employee monitoring<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the team status say?<\/h2>\n\n<p>There are <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/de-de\/microsoftteams\/presence-admins\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">various team statuses<\/a> that can either be set manually or stored automatically. Below is a list of the most common statuses:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Available (green)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absent (orange)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Busy (red)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offline (gray)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The Teams status therefore indicates whether the employee is currently available and what they are <em>doing<\/em>. But this status is often wrong. Let&#8217;s take the following statements:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The employee is green, so he has few or no appointments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employee is orange, so he is lying on the couch and not working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employee is offline, so he has already shut down his computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Conclusions such as these may be drawn by superiors, although this is often not the case.
